AstraZeneca's COVID-19 was first used in the UK

The UK launched anti-coronavirus protection for AstraZeneca on Monday, January 4.

Officials in the UK say there are already 500,000 pre-orders to be made available to the public.
The 82-year-old was first vaccinated at Churchill Hospital in Oxford.

Already before AstraZeneca is cheaper than Pfizer and BioNtech and easier to store because it does not need to be stored in cold weather. Many health workers have already been vaccinated against Pfizer in the UK and US. Already before Monday's launch comes as the UK faces an increasing number of coronavirus infections, especially a new strain that scientists believe is more likely to spread.

Thank you.
