Fabinho: Liverpool striker to face Manchester City, says Kloop

Liverpool manager Jurgen Kloop says he hopes Fabinho recovers and plays for the Premier League club against Manchester City.

Liverpool host City in Week 23 of the Premier League on 7 February.

Fabinho, 27, has returned to full-back as a result of Liverpool's injury woes.

The striker will also miss Anfield's Premier League clash with Brighton, after which Kloop expects Fabinho to feature for Liverpool against Manchester City.

Liverpool defenders Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez have been sidelined with injuries since the start of the Premier League season.
