According to reports, the incident happened around 2:00 p.m., before dawn this Wednesday, where the attackers kidnapped 5 students after attacking their room.
The Daily Trust newspaper published in Nigeria reported that the kidnapped students came from Nasarawa and Kano states.
Some students at the Dutsin-Ma University said that before the attack by the bandits, the management of their school tried to prevent the possibility of a serious incident by ordering them to be in their rooms as soon as 10 o'clock at night, as a result of the reports that the bandits attacked the federal university in Gusau town.
Meanwhile, the Katsina Police through its spokesman, ASP Sadiq Aliyu Abubakar, has announced the arrest of some people, whose number has not been revealed, for their alleged involvement in the attack by the bandits, including one accused of aiding information terrorists.
